4. Subscription Tiers and Limits

Our Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Advance, Enterprise) with different project limits and features. You agree to comply with the limits of your chosen tier. Exceeding your tier limits may result in restrictions on your account.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided except as required by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. You grant us a license to host, display, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses and Content

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, publish, or distribute any content that:

7.3 Child Exploitation and Abuse

  • Contains, depicts, or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Exploits or endangers minors in any way
  • Any such content will be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities

7.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination

  • Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Contains slurs, derogatory language, or offensive stereotypes
  • Promotes extremist ideologies or terrorist organizations

7.5 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
  • Uses copyrighted material without authorization
  • Violates DMCA or other intellectual property laws

7.6 Harassment and Abuse

  • Harasses, bullies, or intimidates others
  • Contains personal information of others without consent (doxxing)

7.7 Malicious Content

  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

Violation of these prohibitions may result in:

  • Immediate removal of the violating content
  • Suspension or termination of your account

  • Legal action and liability for damages

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafhaBuilderex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms
